Any one in the Grey-Bruce, Owen sound area today knows that it is a true snow day!  Here are some pics from around our place.

Website Update

Well, I finally found some time.....thank you January!  The website update has begun, take a cruise around and let me know what you think.  I've put a movie on the welcome page to test out.  It isn't finished yet but I wanted to make sure it would work so I threw some pics I had handy up there.

Owen Sound Bridal Show

Madeline and I went for a tour of the Owen Sound Bridal Show today.  I did not put a booth in the show myself but I did have my photography featured at some of the booths...like Cobble Beach's.

Upon arrival I discovered two things immediately.  I had underestimated both the size of our stroller and the amount of people that would be there.  It was a bit tough to get through the crowds with Madeline and gear but we made it.  I think that I was even able to say hello to all of the photographers and some of the other venders.  It was nice to visit with people whom I haven't seen since wedding season.

Don't think I'll be going in the bridal show at all but Rebecca tells me that there is a kids show coming up...interesting!

Puppy Love

My girls seems to be madly in love with her puppy dog!

Not only was "puppy" the third sign she learned, right after "more" and "milk", but I keep catching them making out...I know, gross.  Madeline also loves to drop her food so that the puppy can clean it up.  Here are some pics of my girls.

New Years Resolutions

Well I have a few, but I feel like I can do them this year!

1. Print my own photos, of my own family.  Seems simple enough but I've been falling way behind in this department.  We have none of our wedding photos on the wall and poor Grandma Carol Ann needs a updated photo of her granddaughter.

2. Keep up with this blog!  This is me starting...so far so good.  More to come, soon!

3.  Push CJ Photo in the direction that I want, not the other way around.  Now I just have to figure out what I want.  Having your own business is supposed to be about choice and freedom and making your own hours, ha!  Many new things to come, stay tuned.
